Berliner Cohen is thrilled to announce Kevin S. Landis has joined the employment department in San Jose.
Before joining Berliner, Kevin represented public and private sector unions in various areas of law, including contract negotiations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and general civil litigation. Kevin represented clients in both state and federal court as well as before state and federal agencies.
