Berliner Cohen is pleased to welcome Veena A. Bansal to the Litigation department in our San Jose office.
Veena’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including business litigation, probate and trust litigation, and other commercial and contractual disputes. She assists clients in all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation investigation and resolution, discovery, motions practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. Prior to joining Berliner Cohen, she worked at a non-profit, housing advocacy organization in San Francisco and a global full-service law firm based out of Palo Alto, where she focused on products liability and commercial litigation.
