Andrew Faber Speaks on Inclusionary Housing at League of California Cities Meeting

Andrew Faber, Berliner Cohen Partner, spoke at the City Attorneys Department of the League of California Cities Meeting on September 5, 2014, in Los Angeles.

His presentation, “Inclusionary Housing Requirements: Still Possible?,” focused on the changes in the legal landscape affecting affordable housing, particularly due to recent and pending California Supreme Court cases (in one of which Andy is representing the City of San Jose in defense of its inclusionary housing ordinance): “A few years ago, it seemed that inclusionary housing was a concept that was straightforward in execution and pretty defensible.
