Berliner Cohen Appoints James P. Cashman as New Managing Partner

Berliner Cohen is pleased to announce that James P. Cashman, a partner in the firm’s Estate Planning Group, has been elected Managing Partner of the firm effective January 1, 2018.

Mr. Cashman succeeds Mark Makiewicz, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Transactions Group. Mr. Makiewicz held the managing partner position from January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2017.
