Mike is a Modesto native and a UC Davis alum. He received his B.A. from UC Davis in 1974, and his J.D. from UC Davis’ School of Law in 1978. For the past 38 years he has advised clients in business and civil litigation matters. His practice includes business advising and civil litigation in the areas of contract and real property law. Mike's broad and varied client base reflects his vast experience, and he has successfully represented companies and individuals, non-profit boards, farmers and manufacturers, trustees, partners, and shareholders.
In addition to serving his many valued clients, Mike remains a staunch supporter of the greater Modesto community. He serves on the board of Community Hospice, Inc. (a non-profit entity serving Stanislaus, Merced, and San Joaquin counties), and is a member of the Modesto Rotary Club, the Modesto Quarterback Club, the St. Joseph's Catholic Church Building Committee, and the UC Davis Alumni Association. He is also an avid UC Davis sports fan. Above all, he considers his wife, Anne, his daughters, Katie and Chrissy, and his daughter-in-law, Christina, the most important people in his life.
