Sandra G. Sepúlveda Named Partner at Berliner Cohen LLP

Sandra Sepúlveda, a San Jose native, earned both her J.D. and her LL.M. in Taxation from the Golden Gate University School of Law.  Her practice focuses on representing individuals and families with respect to their tax and estate planning needs, including design and implementation of revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, partnerships, limited liability companies, probate and trust administration. Ms. Sepúlveda’s clients include business professionals, venture capitalists and company executives and directors, as well as their families.

Ms. Sepúlveda’s fluency in Spanish enables her to represent the diverse population of the Silicon Valley in all aspects of their estate planning needs. In addition to her busy law practice, she is active in the community, holding the position of Second Vice President on the Board of Directors of the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley and Board member of Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County.
